How to choose an eyelash technician?

You may not be able to find a suitable eyelash technician the first time. Where do we get information about working eyelash technicians? The first thing you probably try to find information about is the google.com search engine. At the same time, you carefully monitor the eyelash extensions of your friends and colleagues - how they look, how comfortable you feel wearing them, and how much your appearance changes over the weeks. A person who has extensions may not actually know whether they have been fitted with high-quality extensions/compressions that harmonize with their eye shape and are the most suitable for the nature of their natural eyelashes. Yes, it is no longer correct to simply call eyelash extensions extensions. The choice of models is wide, and the compression of eyelashes can mean that the material used for the installation is the same length as the natural eyelashes or even shorter. Then the goal is to create an intense dark line - we can create this by compressing the eyelashes and calibrating the direction. The volume technique allows us to create this. There are different curvatures, lengths and diameters - thanks to such a variation of materials, eyelash technicians have a wide playing field, creating very different types of modeling and choosing the appropriate intensity of the result. In addition to all this, the maximum possible durability must be achieved. Unfortunately, we cannot offer all customers 100% the same durability. The reason is that all of our bodies and their hormonal functions (oil secretion) are different. For example, gel nails and eyelash extensions do not last as well in pregnant women as they do in non-pregnant women. The reason is changes in hormonal status. All this regulates oil secretion, which also occurs through the pores of the eyelash hairs.

You will probably come across similar information through Google and social media beauty groups if you don't just let yourself be influenced by the charm of eyelash pictures. The contrast is adjusted to the photos to give a denser impression. These types of pictures do not give us information about the cleanliness of the installation, the skillful glue technique and the separation of the installed material (not glued together).

A technician recommended by a friend may be a better option, as you have the opportunity to see the handwriting and consistency in person. As for prices, be wary if a technician with a long history asks for a much lower price than the current market average. A low price is achieved by saving on something - work environment, materials, superficiality, sloppiness and attitude.

A young technician who has just acquired knowledge is the choice for those who are willing to sacrifice more time (2-4x longer) and be prepared for the unexpected. Certain specific knowledge of the functions of eyelashes and eyes, glue and material reactions comes with long-term experience. Three-dimensional and predictive visualization is an innate skill. It can also be acquired with long-term experience if the beauty technician does not get stuck in basic knowledge.

If you still have doubts and feel uncertain, I recommend consulting with a beauty technician. You will have the opportunity to experience the environment yourself, get to know the technician from a human perspective, and find answers to your questions face to face.
